Hi Vikki, Gina
I am out of ideas – can you raise a support ticket and I will get one of our engineers to have a look at it for you ? You can copy and paste the url to this discussion to save you typing it all over again.
Vikki I know you are probably familiar with our support system, but just in case, please raise a ticket here : http://support.collaboris.com
Thanks
Mark
Hi Mark,
I know this sounds extreme but I set the Audience Sync job to run every minute so I could see it hitting the database and for some reason when I try to read the sql command I get… <The SQL command is unavailable.>
The DocRead event log just gives this message Finished synchronising users for group ‘Docread ZGA Employees part1’. and Finished user synchronisation process for web ‘http://sharepoint’.
Vikki
Hi Vikki
Can you check the DocRead Event Logs please ? Are there any errors ? I have also asked Hugo to have a read of this to see if he can shed any light.
Thanks
Mark
Hi Mark,
I checked to see if the user was in any of the following places:
- User Profile Database – Not there
- UserInfo table in Content Database – Not there
- SharePoint Groups (ZGA Employees Part 1 and ZGA Employees Part 2) – Not there
- Active Directory – Inactivated and not imported in any of the Connections that I set up
Then I checked the tables in DocRead and found the following:
- [DocRead].[Readership].[Task] – She currently has a task assigned
- [DocRead].[Readership].[User] – She is still listed as an active user
- [DocRead].[Readership].[UserAudience] – She is still listed as a participant of the Sharepoint Group, ZGA Employees Part 1
We are using our Farm Account with Doc Read to make sure it’s not a permissions issue
Even though all of the jobs run, we don’t register changes. Any ideas?
I will keep looking also.
Thanks
Vikki
Admin checked the SharePoint Profile store – everything looks fine there.
