I have a user that was assigned a reading task that became overdue before she left the company. She is no longer in the group that was assigned the reading task.
After reading the documentation here:
I understand that the incomplete task is deleted.Â
Should the user still be appearing in the report as overdue?

If the user has been removed from all groups (there may be more than 1), then the “Assigned” and “Overdue” tasks will be removed. Can you let me know a couple of things :
- Is the user still in Active Directory ?
- If so, are they in more than 1 group that is assigned against the document ?
