I have a user that was assigned a reading task that became overdue before she left the company. She is no longer in the group that was assigned the reading task.
After reading the documentation here:
I understand that the incomplete task is deleted.
Should the user still be appearing in the report as overdue?

Hi Mark,
I checked to see if the user was in any of the following places:
- User Profile Database – Not there
- UserInfo table in Content Database – Not there
- SharePoint Groups (ZGA Employees Part 1 and ZGA Employees Part 2) – Not there
- Active Directory – Inactivated and not imported in any of the Connections that I set up
Then I checked the tables in DocRead and found the following:
- [DocRead].[Readership].[Task] – She currently has a task assigned
- [DocRead].[Readership].[User] – She is still listed as an active user
- [DocRead].[Readership].[UserAudience] – She is still listed as a participant of the Sharepoint Group, ZGA Employees Part 1
We are using our Farm Account with Doc Read to make sure it’s not a permissions issue
Even though all of the jobs run, we don’t register changes. Any ideas?
I will keep looking also.
