The user is no longer in either of the 2 groups assigned to the document.
Yes, I have processed the reading tasks, but I am doing it again – just in case.
Admin is checking SharePoint Profile store.
Though – if I look for her in people picker, she is not there.
Is the user in any other groups that could bring them in ? Also have you run a process reading tasks on the web where the document is since removing them ?
I manually deleted her from the user group over a week ago. I will ask our Admin about the SharePoint Profile store.
If you look into the “Docread ZGA Employees part1” “Docread ZGA Employees part2” can you still see their account. Even if the user is deactivated in AD SharePoint wont’ know this unless your User Profile sync specifies to not import them.
Can you check with your Administrator to see if they have been purged from the SharePoint Profile store ? If you added them manually to the group, remove them will also do the trick.
Once they have gone, the next couple of processing runs should readjust your reports.

I removed the user from the group she was in last week. She was subsequently deactivated in Active Directory.
