We are revamping out Password reset policy for Office365, however there has to be an easier end user way to update these passwords. The notification brings you to a signed in Outlook Web app -> then the end user needs to know where to go to update the password. Once that is done, you are either every Microsoft application has to be updated to reflect the new password, and every web application needs to be updated. Then every app on each device. Currently for intermediate users this is difficult and frustrating.
Are we missing something that makes it a smooth transition, is there a guideline? Any advice on this subject is greatly appreciated, I am getting ALOT of frustrated users.
