I have an existing workflow.It’s sending mails to members in a user group each time an item is created in a list.
It is equally inserting into another list What I want now is this:
1.] each member of the user group should respond to the meeting invite
2.] The responses should be captured together with the individual user’s response and store in another list
3.] email sent to owner of meeting that a new person is added to the list of attendees together with response
