PnP Provisioning with CSOM will be uses for our Template and Site Request provisioning process. On the topic of Content Type management, would you use PnP or CT Hub to share content types as well as make the occasional Content type update?
General thoughts and discussion on the topic is appreciated.

I’ve used Content Type Hub when I had multiple web applications and one thing that I didn’t like is how content types and site columns were copied over to site collections of the subscriber Web application where it may not apply.
I would agree that if the content type rarely changes then Content Type Hub administration is minimal. Last time I had to re-publish was a couple of years back.
