Hi All
I’m really struggling with the basics – what seems should be intuitive. I am having a problem getting my Document Content Types to show in the +New option of the library. Before I allow use of content types the ‘New’ option allows me to choose the various Office apps and the Folder option. After I allow content types the New button seems to open the upload dialog. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m using the Cloud variety (Online 1)

Hi Robert, Thanks for your reply. I have associated word docs with the CTs see below
And still getting the upload screen
IÂ inherited the current environment but I don’t think anyone changed the New option behavior. Do you have any idea why this is happening?
