Problem with WSP Package

Hello Friends,

I have requirement, which states as, need to create two pages in two sub-sites in MOSS 2007. To achieve this i have created a WSP package, which consists of feature.xml and Elements.xml.

Elements.xml has data like what is the master page, web part, etc… for the respected two pages.

I deployed this feature application level and when am activating the feature from any one of the sub site, two pages are getting created nicely but the problem is it’s creating with in the same sub-site from where am activating the feature.

But here i want, when i activate the feature two pages has to create in two different sub-sites.

Kindly share you view, how can i achieve this, do i need to explicitly mention any path or need to provide any tags in the Elements.xml.
