2. If the vendor drops the ball and misses SLA performance objectives, are you compensated?
3. Do you provide a standard annual termination for convenience?
4. What level of operational transparency do we get? (example below)
    a. Monitoring and operational management
5. Security and Compliance Requirements
   a. capabilities and policies for protecting data
6. Vendors Disaster Recovery Plan?
