we have sharepoint 2010 in our company and i have a task to reshape and redesign it in a decent form. Â I am really new to SharePoint, can you please guide me how to do that or refer me to docs.?Â

You should be able to use the Query XML action from Nintex and configure it to query the current item. This will be querying the infopath Form. Then you can query for your specific field names and store the data into a workflow variable. Use the workflow variables to build your output message rather than relying on the promoted columns and you should be able to greatly reduce your column count.
