We are planning to upgrade our Sharepoint sites to SP2013.
We are having a Customer Portal, Partner Portal and Knowledge base intranet site.
whether it is possible to have all the 3 sites in same farm but different AD domain for Customers and Partners?

Do you need to have domain level restrictions for the customers and partners? This would lead you to a multi-tenancy configuration in SharePoint which is possible but complicated.
