Overall task:
I need to transport current BI portal from SharePoint 2007 to 2013.
Actions:
• I imported 2 lists (Reports, Improvement) from SharePoint 2007 to Access 2010.
• List Improvement has lookup to Reports list.
• I exported lists to SharePoint 2013 from the Access
Problem
• After exporting to SharePoint 2013 the majority of reports in Improvement list are missing. There are just few reports in Improvement list, but they are wrong.
One column in Improvement list have a lookup to Report list. Some reports were deleted. So now they are:

After I export lists to SharePoint 2013 new IDs are assigned to Reports, which makes lookup in Improvements incorrect, because new IDs are:

Which leads lookups to the wrong reports.
Any Ideas how to solve this issue?
