How can I remove a link from a SharePoint List via a Web Part and also add another link with different name?

Ulvi, are you talking about a Content Search Web Part or a Search Result Webpart?
Hi Beau, Most probably we talk about Content Search web part.
Hi Mark, It is web part where is added Related Contents and there have a links. From there deleted a page which was a link. Now, there problem to remove that from search index Web Part. These links is based on search queries. How can I remove that link which is not available anymore from the list?
