Is there any api to retreive all the documents created by a user from all the sites in the sharepoint online tenant.

You can use the Azure AD Graph API to go beyond the Site and tenancy details through REST API. Represents an Azure Active Directory tenant. This topic provides descriptions of the properties exposed by the TenantDetail entity type, as well as the operations that you can call on it. Only the read and update operations are supported on Azure AD tenants; create and delete are not supported.
