I have a Project BDC and I have problems with the deploy. I get the error:
Error in deployment step ‘Add Solution’: Failed to activate the requested service, ‘http://localhost:32843/SecurityTokenServiceApplication/securitytoken.svc/actas’.

Hello Trevor,
I go to IIS Manager –> Sites –> SharePoint WebServices –> SecurityTokenServiceApplication, I click on ‘Content View’ , right click on Securitytoken.svc and click Browse. I dont receive the expected page for the Service, I get a VS error in the line 73 of the web.config
