I try to install list component using share point power shell tool and when i Execute the command { C ://Sharepoint/./AllowHtcExtn then the error popup i show u this image

Log in to the SharePoint server (as Octavie said), after that, start the “SharePoint 2013 Management Shell”. If you can’t find this, you are on the wrong server.
