Hi Guys,

I am using a SharePoint 2010 Approval workflow (Customized) in SharePoint 2013 environment. It was working fine for the years, suddenly now the workflow is re-triggering again to In-Progress state, even after the item is approved. This happens only in particular folder path of the document library.

Ex: the folder path contains “/RECORDS”, this logic is built because we need different approvers if the path contains “/RECORDS”

I desperately need help, as it is a Production issue. Please assist. and share your solution.
