Heard a lot of rumours when SharePoint 2013 was in beta, but it’s gone kind of quiet. Does anyone know what the state of play is with the Education services ?

Yeah, it is a dead service. Unfortunate, too. It seemed to be fairly complete when I played with it. This would have been a nice Blackboard competitor and SLK replacement.
