Hi Tamil,

If you really want to control the rendering of the webpartzone, you can always use a control adapter.

Here is a good exemple on how to render webpartzone with divs instead of tables: http://ngpixel.com/2011/05/30/sharepoint-2010-tableless-webparts-guide/
