Has anyone seen this problem on SharePoint 2013 where the delete works from the Ribbon but not from the context submenu.
From the context submenu (drilling down from …), the system returns a 403 Error.
There seems to be two different delete mechanisms.
If anyone has had this problem and knows  a fix, please respond.
