I am facing issue with IE 11, i can’t able to edit some of the pages in IE 11 with SP 2013. I am not getting any errors, While editing the page as Admin some of the out of the box features(Format Text, Insert, Link, Table Layout, Design, Insert, and Web Part Tabs) not rendering in the top ribbon. Is there any hot fixes available?

Change the Browser Document Mode to some version lower.
Another workaround is to go to your IIS of the SharePoint, add in custom header
X-UA-Compatible: IE=10
so to force the browser to render in IE 10 mode.

Is the SharePoint site in the Compatibility View Settings? This is a requirement for IE.

did you try to add it in trusted sites? or Intranet Zone?
