Hi guys, looking for some help if that’s OK?
Using SharePoint Online…we want to gather feedback from users on training sessions that run internally. We have an InfoPath from created that writes the users feedback to the form library on submit. This works OK.
The problem as I see it is that the users have contribute permissions to create the list items, they can then manipulate the views to see what everyone else would have posted as “feedback”. Not good. Is there anyway to restrict a view so that the users cant change/create a view, but they can submit their feedback list item? I dont mind filtering the content to display a [Me] filter but again, they can override this if they are savvy!
Can I create a tailored permission level for this? I’m not a coder, so a no-code solution would be perfect!
I would then like the HR group to be able to view all submitted feedback requests etc – Audience targeting on a library?
Anyone else hit this type of stumbling block, any way around it?
Thanks for your time
Matt
