We’re planning to go “live” with our SharePoint 2013 site on Monday, and I’ve just discovered that the site will not display on my iPhone. We had tested iPhone functionality a few weeks ago and everything seemed to be working fine. Now, when I try to connect, I get the following message:
ERROR Object reference not set to an instance of an object
Anyone encountered this before or have any ideas where I start tracing the problem?
I do know that when we originally tested the production site on the iPhone/Windows Phones, Search and MySite had not been configured. They have since been configured.
All insights will be greatly appreciated.
There should be a full stack trace in the ULS logs when you see this error in your client that will give some context as to what is happening.
