Hi,
I need some help/suggestions with SharePoint 2013 as when I try to create a new folder in a library i get the following message:
“The server was unable to save the form at this time. Please try again.”
Below are the changes tried by me:
– Increasing server memory. Now RAM usage is around 60 %
– Restart the server
– Check permissions
– Restart SharePoint Search Host Controller
– Enable Anonymous authentication on IIS website.
Neither of this worked.
If you have any ideas please reply.

This may sound stupid – but is folder creation enabled on that library? Under Advanced Settings
Also give these steps a shot
- Enable ‘Manage content types’ in the library setting.
- Add the ‘Link to a document’ content type.
- Edit the properties of the document and save.
RESULT: Fixed
only with this library, upload/create action not working either – the same error appears
Does it happens only with this library? What about uploading or creating a new file in this library? Does it behave the same?
