Hi,
I need some help/suggestions with SharePoint 2013 as when I try to create a new folder in a library i get the following message:
“The server was unable to save the form at this time. Please try again.”
Below are the changes tried by me:
– Increasing server memory. Now RAM usage is around 60 %
– Restart the server
– Check permissions
– Restart SharePoint Search Host Controller
– Enable Anonymous authentication on IIS website.
Neither of this worked.

How many CPU cores does the server had? Is the foundation version? and is this happening with only a specific website?
