I’m working on a project: migrate from web sphere to SharePoint 2013, and I’m coming with these 2 questions:
1- I was tiring to migrate web content pages using Content editor web part , all things was ok except the French special characters (SharePoint did not render special character after copy past content )( knowing that I’m using UTF 8 encoding)
2- On web sphere there is an out of the Box workflow that publish web content on a specific Hour, did SharePoint have a similar ‘OOTB’ workflow?

for the second question it’s an out of the box feature and we don’t need a workflow, it’s part from publish feature :
just enable versionnig and then scheduling on the library setting 🙂
