I have configured SharePoint 2016 min role as well as separate server environment . But in both the environments app added to app catalog is not visible in “From your organization” section .
As well my every new site collection created is taking Application server url instead of web front end server.
Please advise.

Grant all the users (maybe ‘Everyone’ principal) ‘read’ permissions on the Apps for SharePoint list (or the whole App Catalog site).

If you are creating the site collections manually, check your Aleternate Access Mapping settings for the web application in Central Admin, if the URL is set up correctly.
