I am interested to know if there is possibility to setup One Drive On-Premise in SharePoint 2016 Farm.
If it possible, Please can you share how to do it or any links

It is possible.
1- Create Web App ex: http://mysites.domain.com
2-Create a Site Collection at root of type “MySiteHost” (under enterprise
3- Add a User Profile Service Application . Enter your information and when asked for MySiteHost enter:Â http://mysites.domain.com (your web app you created)
Might have to close the browser and re-open, but you will have the app launcher at the top left and when a user clicks on OneDrive it will create!
