What is the process to upgrade SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2016? Can this be done directly? Or we need to upgrade first to 2013 and then to 2016??
Can we run SharePoint 2016 sites in SharePoint 2010 mode?? I can see Hive 14 in SharePoint 2016 installation, but while creating a site collection that option is not coming? Please help
Direct upgrade from SharePoint 2010 to 2016 is still not confirmed, but it would be a very convenient to Upgrade from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint Server 2016 via SharePoint 2013 as above suggested or use the third party SharePoint migration tool, like Lepide migrator for direct migration.

The key to the site upgrade process is that sites must be in V15 mode prior to upgrading to SharePoint 2016. Also get help from this post for running SharePoint 2013 in 2010 mode and solution.
