What is the process to upgrade SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2016? Can this be done directly? Or we need to upgrade first to 2013 and then to 2016??
Can we run SharePoint 2016 sites in SharePoint 2010 mode?? I can see Hive 14 in SharePoint 2016 installation, but while creating a site collection that option is not coming? Please help

Hi Alka,
You can not upgrade directly from SP2010 to SP2016 first you need to upgrade SP2010 to 2013 Â thereafter you can move SP2016 .
I would suggest you to follow DB attached upgrade process.
