Can we run SharePoint 2016 sites in SharePoint 2010 mode?? I can see Hive 14 in SharePoint 2016 installation, but while creating a site collection that option is not coming? Please help

Thanks for the reply. So lets say, we have double hopped and now the SharePoint 2010 is successfully upgraded to SP2016. The question here is ,can you run sites of SharePoint 2016 in SharePoint 2010 mode?
For example: In SharePoint 2013, there is a option while creating a new site collection, which says if you want to run your site in SharePoint 2010 mode (By 2010 mode, I mean, the look and feel of SharePoint 2010 even if SharePoint 2013 is deployed) , while creating a site collection you can choose the mode. So, it is observerved, that for this to work, in SharePoint 2013 , there are two hive folders Hive-14 andd Hive-15 , which contains features, images etc for each version. So wanted to know if such a option is present in SharePoint 2016 also or not? If yes, How to achieve it?
