Hi,
SharePoint alerts work when we create it but after that not getting email. Â when I delete any document email generate but, when add new document or change the document not getting any email.
It was working fine but suddenly getting this issue.

go to the ribbon menu find alerts and select Mange alerts to check if your alerts are working as you had set them
