Hi,
I’ve got a problem, during CheckIn file from code (only for few users). I received error:
Unauthorized user ‘user1′ tied to checkout/in file ‘filename’. Currently checked out to ‘user1’. Locked: None.
Of course file is checked out to the same user.
Do You have any idea?

Does this happen every time they try to open the document or just some of the time? I’ve seen it where Office crashes and the document stays locked for 10 minutes: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/899709
The support article says to just wait 10 minutes, but there’s ways of unlocking/checking in the file through PowerShell
