SPD 2007 Send Email Workflow Sporadically Working or Gives an Error: The e-mail message cannot be sent. Make sure the outgoing e-mail settings for the server are configured correctly.

Problem Detail:
I have created a very simple workflow on SPD 2007 on new item added to a list, as response I will get a mail as I define my email id in the workflow. Sometimes, it works and sometimes shows error(The e-mail message cannot be sent. Make sure the outgoing e-mail settings for the server are configured correctly).
As after a lot of googling, I found Antivirus, System Account related issue but none of them are matched to my condition.
Please help.

main thing is “User ID” column showing “System Account”, is it responsible for error, any idea?
