I am very new to SharePoint 2010 and I am having some new assignments on SharePoint. So I would lnike to do something on it.
My first Problem:
I have a list of Calender event as External content type using Business connectivity services. I would like to update my sharepoint calendar as per the event list. I want to do this using Sharepoint Designer 2010. So please help me.

Yes, I did that and Map the ECT (external content type) with Office Items columns.

Hi Ziaul,
have you defined that your external content type has the Office Item Type “Appointment”. Then you should be able to use it as a normal calendar item entry and you should be able to overlay calendars in SharePoint.
