I created a custom workflow for special request routing. It is to send an email to the creator confirming the request, and an email to the approvers to review, however, yet another email gets sent with no information in it other than “No Title”… Title is not one of the fields that I am using. I created my own.
It’s an automatic email that I cannot find to be able to remove.

It was actually in Change the Behavior of a Single Task after you go into the workflow and click on the field to the right of start.
