Hi all.
I’ve done a good bit of development in Office applications, automation, etc.
BUT, I am a noobie to Sharepoint and have been tasked to get up to speed and (help) create a new job tracking site.
Is this Sharepoint community discussion area the right place for me to ask questions, or is there a site for those of us just discovering Sharepoint?
THanks.
Keith
I made a list awhile back of all the books/videos/sites to learn InfoPath from, I am sure one of these books or forums has InfoPath stuff on it for you:

A great source for no code solutions is watching the RackSpace Power Hour videos on Youtube.
Great thanks.
Our company has basically warned against any real coding in the background. No VS, no MS Studio, etc. They said anything we can do in Infopath, Nintex and Sharepoint is ok.
I have used Infopath to modify the New,Edit,Disp form for a list. I need to add a Print button and Email button that will either print or email the current (display) form with the Item data included. I did get a print button to work that will open up the print dialog, using a snippet of code I found on the web in the HTML section of a Content Editor web part.
Is there a good (and easy) way to print the currently displayed item in the display form format? Preferable a one-click solution from the display form.
Likewise, I need to have a button on the form that will wrap up the display form and data in an email and open the default email client. (Outlook of course)
Appreciate any and all advice.
Thanks.
Keith
