Facing problem while opening my SharePoint Online to SP Designer 2013.

Please Help Me Out.

Still It is not working as I install a fresh copy of designer.

Sounds like you are using the Preview version of SharePoint Designer 2013. Uninstall the application and re-download the final release of the software and install it.
