SharePoint Outlook Task Management Tool

Hello All,

I have multiple sub sites and respective task list in my team site. It is confusing to manually connect to outlook, since all the task list will be placed separately in other task section.

I need some tool which collects all the task assigned to me from all the list and store in one location. Or need to synchronize to Outlook default task list.

I came across “Proper Sync” tool which server my purpose exactly, but I am not sure why they are not responding.
