I recently created a SP site with the Community Site template. The intent is that we will be using it as a bulletin board for users to post “discussions” about things they have for sale or event notifications. We now want to have the site email everyone a list of discussions that were posted during the week. I know that I can use a workflow to make this work however, I am new to SP so I am a bit lost as to what values to choose. Has anyone done this before and could help me out?
We are using SP 2013 online.
