We are considering the option to have our customers sign off on SharePoint (2013) List Forms via tablet. Does anyone have any advice and/or suggested products that will allow us to do this? I have researched a few but would like recommendations if possible. Thanks!

I’m glad to inform you that we’ve implemented a new feature in our Forms Designer allowing to capture a signature or any other hand-written note and save it into a field:
