We are considering the option to have our customers sign off on SharePoint (2013) List Forms via tablet. Does anyone have any advice and/or suggested products that will allow us to do this? I have researched a few but would like recommendations if possible. Thanks!
Hi Melissa – one of the major uses is for ensuring policies and procedures get read and signed, however, it’s also used for any document that can be placed into a SharePoint document library. For example I have an article here showing how to share any article, resource with staff and ask them to sign off on it.
Thank you, Mark. We have custom lists used for maintenance check-offs, and when completed the customer needs to approve them. Our field techs use Windows tablets and we would like to be able to have the customer sign the tablet once the maintenance is complete.
I briefly reviewed DocRead and it looks more like a policy management tool, correct?

What do you mean by “sign-off” ? Only asking as I also have a product (DocRead) that allows you to do this, but would need to know more information as to what you need.
