is it possible to configure that few user can access site from LAN but not from Internet and rest all user access site from everywhere ???

I guess, technically it could be possible by using the right reverse proxy, but I wouldn’t recommend this solution.
What is the reason you want to do this? If they can’t access sensitive data from outside your organisations network, you could think about moving it to a different site collection that is not available externally.
