Site Content Tree View menu

Hello,

does anyone know if there is a way to show the Site Content Tree View menu (which appears under the Quick Launch Menu) of the root of the site collection on every page of the site collections (in the root and in the subsites)? At the moment when I navigate into a subsite I only get the Site Content Tree View of the subsite, but I would like to be able to see the Tree View of the whole site collection everywhere.
