In the PnP article “Site provisioning in the SharePoint add-in model” there is no mention of the potential use of the ‘out of the box’ site creation alongside remote event receivers. Does anyone know why this is? The 30-second event receiver timeout issue is something that can be handled using a queue/webjob approach which then leaves SharePoint in a more “out-of-the-box” state.
