Been doing some investigation into the new unified groups feature that’s coming to Office 365. (This will allow you to use 1 group across the entire suite). Cool! Why am I interested?
At Collaboris, we are very interested in this feature so that we can use it with DocRead for SharePoint (our policy management solution) in the Cloud. DocRead allows you to create tasks for users to read and confirm documents. So if we can find a way to target Yammer Groups, SharePoint Groups and AD it’ll be a very powerful offering.
Now my question is, where can I get more information on it? Is there an API?
