My company recently bought a subscription to O365 and is standing up a SharePoint site. We have a library containing pdfs. I have configured the site collection settings and the library settings to open in the client app and NOT in the browser but when we click the document title to open it, it only opens in the browser. This library has a workflow associated with it to collect signatures so the pdf has to be “signable” and saved back to SharePoint…we can’t do that from the browser. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
