Is it possible to update two lists at once?
I have list A and B. They both have the same items. If I add new items or change items in list A how do I get list B to automatically update to match A? Is there a workflow to accomplish this?

Workflow would do this very easily as long as you have a way(field) in both lists that you can use to match up the items.
