Hi –

I am trying to build a new access request form using Microsoft Forms. Is there a way to have one list of values (answers) lookup a sharepoint 365 list?

Hi Roy,

Unfortunately that is not possible with Microsoft Forms. If you want more complex forms, you’ll have to use PowerApps/SharePoint List Forms.
